    马云如何达到盖茨的高度
       孙正义认为马云的名气可以与雅虎杨致远、亚马逊、比尔盖茨和他们一样，因为马云和阿里巴巴创造了一种全新的商业模式。老杳认为仅仅依靠全新的商业模式，马云很难达到杨致远、贝索斯和盖茨的高度。

     

       虽然杨致远以及YAHOO现在处境艰难，没有人否认杨致远及YAHOO对于互联网的贡献，虽然亚马逊及贝索斯在国内可能知道的人并不多，亚马逊开创的网上书店却开启了互联网电子商务的大门，盖茨的名气更是连对计算机知之甚少的普通老百姓都略知一二，盖茨的名气不仅仅来自于世界首富，也来自于微软的垄断和成功。

     

        虽然阿里巴巴和淘宝已经占据中国电子商务的主动权，但对于电子商务远没有达到电子商务垄断的地步，中国的电子商务也没有达到对国家贸易至关重要的地位，无论阿里巴巴的B2B还是淘宝的B2C和C2C，马云的电子商务都与国家政策紧密相关，支付宝更是与国家严格控制的金融业务有关，可能国家的一纸政策便会置支付宝以死地。

     

        严格意义上讲马云的公司还只是一家浙江甚至杭州的公司，前不久杭州打算为马云树立塑像便是证明，杭州出了马云令很多省市羡慕，甚至上海市长曾经发出感慨为什么马云没有出现在上海，这种现象虽然证明了马云对浙江及杭州的重要，另一方面也反映了马云受到的局限。

     

        前不久北京发布经营电子商务需要办理执照把电子商务推向了舆论的焦点，虽然浙江及杭州的工商部门已经发布消息短期内不会做出同样规定，但阿里巴巴及淘宝不仅仅是浙江或杭州的阿里巴巴、淘宝，如果仅仅如此，马云永远也难以达到盖茨一样的高度，从这方面分析，为了保证阿里巴巴或淘宝未来的发展，马云不仅仅要得到杭州政府的支持，更重要的是要得到中国政府的支持，阿里巴巴仅仅把自己定位在浙江甚至杭州是远远不够的。

     

        将阿里巴巴的总部搬到北京应当是马云实现自己目标的第一步，电子商务不同于史玉柱和陈天桥的网络游戏，也不同于马化腾的即时通讯，与国家的政策息息相关，电子商务如此，支付宝更如此，搬到北京不仅有助于与政府相关部门的有效沟通，也可以有力的促进中国电子商务的整体发展，作为中国的政治文化中心、作为中国互联网发展最为活跃的地区，马云将总部搬到北京对于阿里巴巴的未来发展是至关重要的，经过了08奥运的北京相信未来几年将成为世界最重要的城市之一，将总部搬到北京对马云的国家化也是非常有益的。

     

       电子商务的发展离不开政府的大力支持，也是未来马云的阿里巴巴竞争力所在，毕竟马云的电子商务不仅仅是像贝索斯卖卖图书，与国家的贸易、金融政策息息相关，除了将总部搬到北京，马云还应当增加国有企业或者政府对阿里巴巴上市公司的控制权，趁着目前YAHOO可能甩手亚洲业务的有利时机，增加内资企业或国有企业在阿里巴巴的股权，将阿里巴巴真正变成中国的企业也是马云必须面对的，前不久张汝京之所以引进大唐电信作为中芯国际的战略投资者绝对不仅仅因为中芯国际缺少大唐电信的20亿资金，更是希望通过大唐电信获得政府的大力支持，真正成为中国本土的企业，有了政府对阿里巴巴的股权控制，马云及阿里巴巴才有足够的资本参与国际竞争，阿里巴巴也才能真正成为全球No. 1的电子商务公司。这方面柳传志是马云的榜样，增加中国政府或国有企业的股权并不意味着马云将失去对阿里巴巴的掌控，同样是国有控股企业的联想也没有因为国有控股降低柳传志的对联想的掌控，联想国际化的成功模式同样适用马云。（作者，老杳）

    麝香：性温，味辛，开窍，通络，辟秽，散瘀。麝香还有抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的作用等。

    罂粟壳：敛肺、涩肠、止痛。用于久咳、久泻，脱肛，脘腹疼痛。
